About Our Family

Torsten and Judith,  happily married for almost 2 decades.

The Schulzes - that's Torsten and Judith with our sons Adrian, Julian and Fabian.

Torsten recently retired from the Canadian forces,  after almost 23 years of loyal service. He is now employed at the Thunder Bay Health Unit as a Public Health Inspector. Torsten loves Sunday walks with our Great Dane puppy, skiing, playing mandoline, football games and lots of reading. He also still enjoys helping out at the Thunder Bay Armoury as a casual reservist.

Judith's biggest passion is training young horses and (mostly) their owners.  She also likes singing, jogging and skiing and spends her leasure time with her family and her Arabian horses. Judith's articles on Maine Coon foundation breeding have been published world wide.

We are a Christian family, with Jesus Christ as the Lord of our home. We thank God daily for our family and the interesting life He has given us - no matter where we live.

We are parents to three  lovely sons:  Adrian, Julian and Fabian-Skye.

Julian loves snow boarding, baseball, football and bike jumping with his friends. He is an excellent drummer and really enoys going to Redwood Park Youth group in Thunder Bay.

Fabian's hobbies are football, archery, snow boarding, baseball and most of all - reading fantasy books!  Fabian loves going to Redwood Park Youth group and having sleep overs at our house with his buddies. 

Both of our younger boys are important players of the "Trojans", the Churchhill highschool football team. They both won the Championship in Thunder Bay in 2010 with the junior team and then Julian

 AGAIN in 2011 with the senior team! Go Trojans!

Our Arabian horses are our pride and joy. They are handled with Parelli Natural Horsemanship only!

In Loving Memory:

We lost Balou to old age cancer in 2010. He had been our loyal friend for almost 13 years.
