The Schulz family - that's Torsten and Judith -  happily married for 17 years!

Torsten recently retired from the Canadian forces,  after almost 23 years of loyal service. He is now employed at the Thunder Bay Health Unit as a Public Health Inspector. Torsten loves skiing, playing mandoline, football games and reading. He also still enjoys helping out at the Thunder Bay Armoury as a casual reservist. Judith gave up her career as European Secretary in Germany ages ago, in order to become a full time, home schooling mother and housewife. She likes singing, jogging, skiing, and spends her leasure time with her family, her Arabian horses and cats.

We are parents to three  lovely sons:  Adrian, Julian and Fabian-Skye.

 Our oldest son Adrian, Spring 2009Adrian is the genius in our family. He has been a successful businessman for many years. Adrian was nominated as the 2009 Progressive Conservative Party MLA Candidate for Winnipeg (Elmwood), Manitoba!

Our middle son Julian, Summer 2008Julian loves snow boarding, baseball, football and bike jumping with his friends. He is an excellent drummer and really enoys going to Redwood Park Youth group in Thunder Bay.

 Our youngest son Fabian, Summer 2008Fabian's hobbies are archery, snow boarding, baseball and reading. He is an expert in building fancy Lego structures. Fabian loves playing with his friends and going to Youth group.
 

We are a Christian family, with Jesus Christ as the Lord of our home. We thank God daily for our family and the interesting life He has given us - no matter where we live.

We are Prairiebaby Maine Coon Cats and home of the Masterweaver Polydactyl Line . We're an inspected, professional Cattery with a hobby approach to care.

I, Judith, have been breeding Maine Coon cats exclusively for 23 years. I  specialize in outcrossed Polydactyl Maine Coons and love the colors Brown Tabby, Silver Tabby and Solid White.

PrairieBaby has, over the past decade, developed 12 fresh Maine Coon bloodlines - in order to strengthen the health of the breed. Judith's articles on Maine Coon foundation breeding have been published in several magazines, world wide.

There are five keys for us to be able to continiously provide sound and healthy kittens:

1. Genetic Diversity
2. Testing/Selecting for Breed Specific  Diseases
3. Lots and lots of TLC
4. A Natural Raw Meat Diet
5. 23 years of Breed experience

Judith is a level 3 Parelli student and adores her beautiful Arabian horses, whom nobody is allowed to touch unless they know Parelli Natural Horsemanship :-).
